A different approach…

Wellness that works for your actual life.

Not the curated version. The real one, with the toddler on your hip, the news cycle making your nervous system spiral, and a to-do list that never quite ends.

I'm Lauren, a working mom who believes wellness should hold space for all of it: the beautiful parts of motherhood and the hard ones, the personal and the political, the green smoothie and the drive-through. Real health isn't lived in a vacuum. It's shaped by the world around us, and that world matters here.

This space sits at the intersection of motherhood, wellness, and social justice, because I don't think you can truly separate them. How we care for ourselves is connected to how we care for each other, and who gets access to that care in the first place.

If you're looking for honest encouragement, practical ideas, and a place that meets you where you are, you're in the right place.
